My Story

How can I expect you to be vulnerable and lay your Self bare upon my table unless I am willing to do the same for you?

Most of my credentials are listed on the front page. Those are the pieces of paper that the government requires me to have. They are also indicators of the certifications my clients prefer that I have so they know that I have not only studied my craft, but that I am serious enough about it to spend serious money getting educated on the various modalities. But the answer to the question "Who Am I?" does not lie in the letters behind my name...

I am a 50 year old Womb/man (woman) who has spent a significant part of her life healing Self and emerging into authenticity. Married 3 times -- #3 is the charm! -- and a survivor of many things including domestic violence and infidelity, I pulled my Self out of the bowels of darkness, fear and depression using uncommon healing methodologies. Methodologies employed by the Ancestors in ancient times which have long since been replaced with the "instant fix" of drugs and surgery. I turned away from anti-depressants and depressing therapists and turned inward, for everything you need lies within Self.*

These alternative methodologies are referred to as "holistic healing modalities." Anything that doesn't include a pill, other medication, or some type of medical intervention (surgeries, tests) seem to fall under this heading. It's because the practitioner takes a whole body/mind/spirit approach to healing you rather than treating and alleviating the symptoms. This is what happens in today's traditional medicine -- symptoms and sources are treated rather than the whole person.

Holistic healing modalities will hopefully put an end to that kind of medicine...

Intentional Creativity was the catalyst in my healing. Words + Art had me creating artwork that has since transcended into heARTworks: Home and office decor that include inspiring, empowering, uplifting words and phrases along with beautiful art designed to be placed prominently as a constant reminder that You Are Enough Just As You Are... From there I came to know the healing vibrational energy of crystals.

OK so...I know that some of you are starting to think this is a little "woo-woo." Esoteric in fact. The truth of the matter is that many people know and understand the power of crystals. They are just unwilling to come out of the closet about it for fear of being shamed and mocked. What I can tell those who are hiding or those who have interest but are afraid to pursue research for fear of being ridiculed is that this crystal vibrational energy has been proven by science.

The self same science that manufactures those drugs that doctors so readily prescribe...

Along with crystal vibrational energy comes meditation. Another intricate part of my Life Plan. And with meditation comes Reiki, the Universal Life Force. It is the bridge between ancient traditions of healing and the modern day scientific model.  These 3 modalities together form the meat of my daily creative spiritual practice: the Kintsugi Living Method. And this creative spiritual practice is what has allowed me to heal from the years of abuse and cheating and the resultant severe depression and other issues it has caused.

And the Kintsugi Living Method Sadhana is why this website is here. It is your invitation to join me on a lifelong quest -- a sadhana -- of learning what is and how to live in Your Purpose all the time. Sadhana: Endeavoring to obtain a particular result. The particular result we are endeavoring to obtain here is using golden joinery (kintsugi) to bridge the lessons of our past in order that our present is filled with the precious jewel of Knowlege of Self (the gold!). It is this Knowledge of Self which is the golden river of abundance for your life. It regulates the ebb and flow of life, allowing you to travel to every end of your Self uninhibited by the terrain, be it solid ground, a raging river, or something mushy inbetween.
